Size Guide

Size Guide

Choosing the right size starts with your measurements. This guide explains how to measure yourself and compare those measurements with the information available for each product.

Sizing can vary by brand, style, fabric, and fit. Always use the size chart and fit notes provided for the specific product when available.

Before Choosing a Size

  • Use a flexible measuring tape.
  • Measure over light clothing, keeping the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
  • Check whether the product’s measurements refer to your body or the garment itself.
  • Review the selected size, fit description, and available options before ordering.
  • If a product does not provide enough sizing information, contact us before purchasing.

Labels such as S, M, and L do not necessarily represent the same measurements across different products.

How to Measure Your Body

Measurement How to Measure
Chest or bust Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape level around your back.
Natural waist Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
Inseam Measure from the crotch down the inside of the leg to your preferred hem position.
Head circumference Measure around your head where the hat will sit, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.

Tops, Hoodies, and Sweatshirts

Start with your chest or bust measurement, then check the product’s length and sleeve measurements where provided.

Pay attention to fit descriptions such as fitted, regular, relaxed, or oversized. These describe the intended shape and roominess of the garment.

An oversized item is designed to fit more loosely. Do not automatically size up without checking the product’s measurements and fit notes.

Pants, Jeans, and Shorts

Compare your waist and hip measurements with the product’s sizing information.

Also check:

  • Rise: How high the waistband sits.
  • Inseam: The inside-leg length.
  • Leg shape: Such as straight, tapered, or wide.
  • Fabric: Whether the material has stretch.

A measurement taken around your natural waist may differ from the measurement where a lower-rise waistband sits.

Underwear

Use the waist or hip measurement specified by the individual product’s size chart.

Consider the fabric and waistband construction when choosing. Do not assume that an underwear size will match your usual jeans or pants size.

Measuring a Garment You Already Own

If the product lists garment measurements, compare them with a similar item that fits you well.

Lay your garment flat without stretching it, then measure the relevant areas.

A flat width is not the same as a full circumference. For example, a chest measurement taken straight across a garment from underarm to underarm differs from a measurement taken all the way around your body.

Sleeve measurements may also use different starting points. Follow the method stated in the product’s chart.

Belts

Measure around the position where you intend to wear the belt.

Check whether the listed size refers to the belt’s total length, its adjustment range, or the distance from the buckle to a particular hole. These measurements are not interchangeable.

For adjustable belts, check the stated fit range where available.

Hats and Socks

Hats: Compare your head circumference with the product’s size or adjustment range. “One size” does not guarantee a fit for every person.

Socks: Use the shoe-size range provided for the specific product. Check whether that range uses U.S., U.K., or European sizing.
