These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.bcylfo.com and purchases from BCYLFO, an independent online retail store operated by Essence Johnson as an individual business operator.

BCYLFO sells clothing, accessories, and selected lifestyle products.
We operate as an independent retailer. Third-party brand names, including OBEY, identify the products offered for sale. Their appearance does not by itself mean that BCYLFO is the manufacturer, an official brand store, or an authorized dealer.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Please review the product details and your selected size, color, and other options before ordering. Colors may appear differently depending on your display.

Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Available payment methods, the applicable currency, taxes, and the final amount payable are displayed at checkout before you submit payment.
Standard shipping is free throughout our stated U.S. shipping area.
Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with the offer. Refunds for discounted purchases are based on the amount actually paid.
Orders and Availability
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation.
We may contact you if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or a material pricing or description error.
We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled and is canceled after payment, we will refund the affected payment.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.
Standard returns must meet the item-condition requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy. These requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defect discovered through reasonable inspection or use.
Please contact us for return authorization before mailing your package.
BCYLFO covers approved return shipping costs throughout our stated U.S. shipping area and does not charge a restocking fee.
For approved returns, we provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid label cannot be provided for your location, we will arrange and cover an alternative return method with you in advance.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of our refund decision by email.
For eligible returns, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 calendar days of our receipt of the returned items. This timeframe includes inspection, approval, refund processing, and bank or payment-provider processing.
Return authorization alone does not mean that a refund has been approved. If your return is not eligible for a refund, we will explain the reason by email.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned items after any discount, together with applicable refundable taxes. Because standard shipping is free, there is no original standard shipping charge to refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 calendar days after we received your return, please contact support@bcylfo.com with your order number.
Any shorter refund period required by applicable law will take precedence.

Exchanges
To request a different size, color, or item, contact us to arrange an eligible return. You may then place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.
Our return and refund conditions apply to the original item.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but cancellation may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.
Shipped orders are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the payment for the canceled items in accordance with applicable requirements.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities, attempt to access other customers’ accounts, interfere with website security, or submit material that infringes another person’s rights.

Website content may belong to BCYLFO, manufacturers, or other rights holders.
Access to the website does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material beyond what the rights holder or applicable law permits.
Third-Party Services
Shopify and other providers support functions such as hosting, payments, and delivery.
Purchases are made with BCYLFO, operated by Essence Johnson. We remain responsible for our published retail commitments, customer service, and fulfillment obligations.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Updates
We may update these Terms for future transactions. Updates do not retrospectively reduce the rights or commitments applying to an existing purchase.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
